Common Ground, occhi puntati sulle prossime elezioni in città

Riparte Common Ground, il percorso di formazione alla cittadinanza attiva organizzato da Associazione 21 e Cercasi un fine e patrocinato dal Comune di Bisceglie. Primo appuntamento presso il Seminario arcivescovile di Bisceglie fissato a venerdì 10 marzo alle 19.30 sul PUG Piano Urbanistico Generale con ospite l’architetto Giacomo Losapio, dirigente della ripartizione tecnica del Comune.

“Torniamo con la terza edizione di Common Ground – spiegano gli organizzatori – dopo le belle esperienze del 2020 e del 2022. Il focus di quest’anno è ovviamente puntato sulle elezioni comunali che coinvolgeranno, e stanno già coinvolgendo, la città di Bisceglie. Il nostro obiettivo resta lo stesso: dare vita ad un luogo di formazione, un terreno comune (Common Ground appunto), una vera e propria scuola studiata per i biscegliesi, uno spazio per confrontarsi e parlare di cittadinanza e di ‘politica’, intesa come attenzione al bene comune e costruzione del futuro”.

Common Ground continua martedì 11 aprile alle 19.30 nella Sala degli Specchi di Palazzo Tupputi con don Rocco D’Ambrosio, professore di Filosofia politica presso la Pontificia Università Gregoriana. Al centro dell’incontro il tema del Potere.

E poi tre incontri dedicati alle elezioni cittadine: venerdì 5 maggio il confronto con i candidati a sindaco di Bisceglie, venerdì 19 maggio quello con gli eventuali due sfidanti in caso di ballottaggio e infine venerdì 9 giugno con il Sindaco eletto.

“Nelle prossime settimane parleremo con i candidati che hanno già ufficializzato la propria corsa alla carica di sindaco. Obiettivo degli incontri con loro, organizzati con altre associazioni e con tanti giovani biscegliesi, è quello di mettere in luce le idee, le visioni e i programmi per la nostra città”, concludono da Associazione 21.
