Il Sospiro da oggi è preparato, venduto, degustato e apprezzato anche in Giappone grazie all’iniziativa dell’Associazione Pasticcerie Storiche Biscegliesi in collaborazione con Matteo Sancricca, affermato imprenditore italiano titolare della nota Drogheria Sancricca nella capitale Nipponica.

A dare l’annuncio di questa bellissima notizia è Sergio Salerno, Direttore dell’Associazione Pasticcerie Storiche Biscegliesi e fondatore del progetto Sospiro di Bisceglie. “La storia, la leggenda ma soprattutto la bontà del nostro sospiro, e con esso Bisceglie, sta conquistando anche il Sol Levante”, ha spiegato Salerno. “Il nome nipponico è ‘AI NO TAMEIKI’ 愛のため息 ovvero ‘Sospiri d’amore’, in linea proprio con i sentimenti alla base del nostro dolce tipico.
